What is Cash Finder System?

What is Cash Finder System? Is Cash Finder Sytem a Scam? A Cash Finder System Review

The fundamental strategy taught in the Cash Finder System is to find undervalued houses and offer them to real estate investors. You are then paid a finder’s fee if the investor purchases the property. However, there is a lot they aren’t telling you. Follow me to see the Devil in the details.

What is Cash Finder System?

There are at least two online websites using the name Cash Finder System. One is at CashFinderSystem.net. It leads to a scam called Secure Job Position which I write about here.

This article is about the Cash Finder System found at CashFinderSystem.com. This Cash Finder System is over the top hype about making big money as a real estate “finder.” The sales video is very misleading. It promises you can quickly and easily earn $3,000 to $15,000. This isn’t true.

Is Cash Finder System a Scam?

The fundamental strategy taught in the Cash Finder System is to find undervalued houses, gain contractual control of the houses and then offer them to real estate investors in exchange for a finder’s fee. Your success with this system hinges on your hustle and on how good you are at estimating the value of a house.

What is Cash Finder System? Is Cash Finder Sytem a Scam? A Cash Finder System ReviewThe sales video claims you don’t need to go into the field and look at the property and that you will not be selling anything. Both are false. Unless you are psychic, you will have to go look at the property, and you will be selling. You will be selling yourself, your offer and your competence.

Unlike the claims in the Cash Finder System sales video, it will take a lot more than a few clicks on your smartphone or computer to make money.

You Better Have a Thick Skin.

If you try this business, you better have a thick skin because you will hear “no” a lot. Also, expect to be outmaneuvered by real estate pros. Money brings out the worst in some people.

To succeed with The Cash Finder System, you will need to be able to take endless rejection, plus the occasional betrayal, and keep working.

One of the many details omitted in the Cash Finder System sales video is how much time it will take you before you earn your first finder’s fee. A week? A month? Several Months?

Also, there are additional expenses such as gas for travel and postage for mailing postcards to homeowners. Don’t think you can just buy the Cash Finder System training and magically start making money. It won’t happen.

ScamAvenger Girl giving thumbs downThe countdown timer on the sales video creates the illusion of scarcity. Anytime an offer uses a countdown timer the seller wants to pressure you into quickly buying their product. You can’t make a well thought out decision when you’re in a hurry, and they know this.

If you took time to think about the Cash Finder System offer, you would avoid it.

The name itself is misleading. With their system, you are not finding cash. You are finding houses and are paid a finder’s fee. Unless you have experience in real estate, it will be difficult to succeed. If you do have real estate experience, you don’t need the Cash Finder System.

Get Real.

This field is dominated by real estate agents, brokers and appraisers who are intimately familiar with their territories, have access to expensive real estate listing databases and who have long-standing relationships with homeowners and investors.

Can you beat them at their own game? Maybe, but you will have to work for it, and it won’t be easy. Real Estate people describe it as “dog eat dog.”

Keep in mind that many areas have depressed real estate markets. Nobody is buying houses in these areas. The owners can’t give them away.

Also, you may have to convince the people owning the houses to sell them below market value. While it might line your pockets, this is an evil disservice to the homeowner. There are exceptions to this, such as people who just want to unload a home as quickly as possible, but that is usually not the case.

The Cash Finder System is Just the Beginning.

The Cash Finder System sales video promises you that for $99 you get “everything you need to start earning finder’s fees.” That’s a lie.

The $99 training you get with the Cash Finder System is just the beginning. When you purchase the Cash Finder System, you will be given a free one-on-one, 30-minute session with a “coach.” I use the term “coach” in this context quite loosely as you will see.

You are told the free coaching session is to help you quickly make money. It’s not.

The coach is not a coach. She’s a telemarketer who will try to trick you into buying additional and expensive Cash Finder System programs costing nearly a thousand dollars.

In other words, all the promises in the sales video about how you will quickly and easily make fat finder’s fees are lies because immediately after you join, they will tell you that you need more of their products to make the system work.

How the Cash Finder System Tricks You.

The Cash Finder System sales video uses emotion and deception to get your money. The truth is, they are not selling you a system for making money. It is doubtful you will make money with their system. The Cash Finder System is selling you a dream.

They are selling you the dream of making a lot of money fast. It’s exciting. It’s supposed to be exciting. They want you to be so excited and so greedy for their pig in a poke that you fail to think logically. Why would you want to give them your money?

If you took time to think about it, you would see that the Cash Finder System is a scam and will only cost you money.

  1. I recived a mailer with a mock check adverising a lead capture page cashfinder.com. They use the same hook of earning $3,000… $8,000… even $15,000 by doing simple research on your computer. They call it the, “FINDERS FEES” BUSINESS.
I got suckered into something similar to this from a guy named Russ Dalby over a decade ago. They didn’t really help me at all and I never made any money at it. It was the wrong program for me. Thanks for writing this article and making this page!

    1. Hi, Todd!

Thanks for sharing your experience with Cash Finder. As you pointed out, it’s designed to take your money, not make you money. No legitimate business offer will promise specifically how much you will make. In the real world, there are too many variables to know for sure if a system will make everyone money. The truth is, even with legitimate business systems, most people don’t do the work required. This is why I mostly recommend offers you can try for free. You need to be sure a money making system is legitimate and that you will also do what it takes to make the money.

  2. Can anyone give me the number to customer support for the cash finder system somewhere along the line i lost it and I want to put in for a refund

    1. Hi, Kevin!

I think you would have better luck contacting your credit card company, or whoever you used to pay for Cash Finder System.

  3. Another scam exposed and the cash finder system is the culprit. I know for a fact that dabbling in the estate agent business by professionals takes years of experience and if some one comes along and convinces you that you can make thousands by trying to value house prices over night then that is a red light., Stay well clear and stick with legitimate companies with real professional credentials.

  4. Hey Gary, awesome review as bro, this cash finder system has gotten a lot of waves selling dreams to people online. Yes, there are better places to find courses that are worth less than their system price that can help you in your real estate business. Gary, as I always say you are simply a God sent to help people use their monies for the right choices thanks.

    1. Hi, Nyaaba Solomon!

Thank you for your kind words. I assure you, I am not a god but completely mortal, sometimes painfully so. Still, I appreciate your compliment and find purpose in exposing internet scams and questionable offers like the Cash Finder System.

  5. Gary,
It’s amazing and really a product of our times that this scam opportunity at Cash Finder System exists as a “supposed” way for a person to earn money. However, as I think about it, the people who created this fraud understand that gullible people will go for so many money making opportunities, but have no clue as to why it almost never would work.

As you stated both in the video and also in the body of the text, the real estate market is dominated by licensed professionals who know what they are doing. Why would some amateur who is not educationally trained to be able to accurately assess the value of a home/property believing that he/she could in turn make money?

Naive people investing first $99 followed by close to $1,000 through an upsell would just be throwing away their money. The chance of success achieved for these type of uneducated individuals, (regarding real estate) would be almost nil!

    1. Hi, Jeff!

It seems to me that the Cash Finder System is nothing more than a legal excuse to take people’s money. As you mentioned, the Cash Finder System training will not give someone the skill to make money in real estate. At best, it will just be an introduction. Better training is available at a fraction of the cost at Udemy.com. Search online for a discount coupon and most Udemy courses can be had for about $15.

A Udemy course still may not be enough to be confident in the business, but it would be a start. For those who are serious about real estate, I recommend taking real estate appraisal courses at a community college. Money can be made in real estate. I know five people who have made fortunes in real estate, but they didn’t do it with a one off, high-priced course.

  6. Hello Gary thank you for shedding some light on cash finder system. One thing I really like about this post is the youtube video which you created. Some people do not have the time to read or simply struggle with it. Giving readers the option shows how much you care about helping them avoid scams. The property industry is very competitive so I think people would struggle making money in this field. Thank you.

    1. Hi, Dagda!

I enjoy making the videos for my website. My avatar in the video is younger, thinner, with more hair and he’s better looking than me, but other than that, we’re identical.

I agree, real estate can be very competitive and cutthroat. My parents were real estate investors. Now my brother and his son are real estate investors. It’s not something you learn from a one off course.

The most successful person I know who has made a fortune in real estate was a waitress when she started and over the last 25 years, amassed a fortune estimated at $50 million plus.

Here’s her secret. She didn’t take any make-money-with-real estate courses. Instead, she went to a community college and learned real estate appraisal. She became very good at determining the value of a property. Before she risked a nickel, she knew what her profit would be and she knew if there were buyers who wanted the property.

  7. Gary,
What a great article. I once got myself into a similar deal. Yes, those folks can mislead you if you are not careful. but thank God my “scam spotting radar” was on and so was able to spot their scheme very fast and backed off.
Your article will save lots of people from being milked by these fat cows.

    1. Hi, Dr. Patrick Moses Fraser!

Good to know your “scam spotting radar” is fully operational. That’s what it takes to avoid scams like the Cash Finder System.

      Thanks for stopping by,

  8. Thanks for the head’s up on the Cash Finder system, Gary. I’m glad I found this post before signing up – and inevitably getting milked out of way more than just my sign up fee. While I’m sure there is money to be made in this industry, it just screams of being scam-laden as well.

I look forward to reading more of your articles and blog posts. Thanks again!

    1. Hi, Jason!

I’m glad you found my article on the Cash Finder System helpful. It’s doubtful you would have made money with their system.

      Thanks for stopping by,

  9. Hi Gary. Great article. I recently had a run in with something similar to this. I did not make sense for them to assume that we would believe them given that we don’t know who they are. If their product is as good as they say it is, they should allow for a free test run.

    1. Hi, Chaddrick!

I agree, if the product does what they claim it will do, why not let us try it for free? You and I both know the reason Cash Finder System doesn’t have a free trial. It’s because their product has very little value. If they offered a free trial, everyone would quickly see their sales pitch is nothing but hype.

To make matters worse, as soon as Cash Finder System has you on the hook, they push a $1000 upsell. They know darn well their product won’t help people. They just want to get as much money from their customers as possible before the customer realizes it’s all smoke and mirrors.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  10. Hi Gary.
I loved this article, it amazes me the depths that people will go to deceive good people into parting with their money. How do they sleep at night?

I’d never hear of cash finder but I will certainly take note.

I took the liberty at looking at some of your other posts, and I love the work you’re doing to expose these fraudsters.

    Keep up the good work.

  11. Hello. I like your posts. I see you are seroius about pursuing and warning people about scam sites.

I have no experience in real estate, but something you said is true. You can’t offer a house for sale if you don’t see it and check every detail of it. It’s like doctors, you can’t prescribe a drug for a disease online without seeing the patient and doing the physical exam.

Thanks for your advice, and keep going with the hunting. Congratulations.

  12. I don’t think it’s possible to beat the competition with the training Cash Finder System provides. You have to get professional training every day on many factors in order to succeed at the real estate game. Like most schemes like Cash Finder System, it’s about the upsell. The first product is there just to get you into the hype. Once you buy the first product, they hit you with the upsell and milk all the money they can out of you.

    1. Hi, RichPersonality!

I agree, Cash Finder System is really just an excuse to take people’s money. I hate upsells on the internet. A genuine upsell is when you order fries at McDonalds and they suggest getting a supersize fries for another fifty cents. That’s a true upsell. On the internet what they call an upsell is more like a bait and switch.

The Cash Finder System is a good example of the notorious and unethical upsell. You buy a hundred dollar product and they try to sell you another product for a thousand. Not fair.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  13. “Gotta love scams” – said no one ever. I really like when people uncover these nonsense scams online because I myself have been duped out of plenty of money in my online ventures and would hate to see others dealing with the same thing. I commend you for your article and do believe it was very well researched and laid out. Keep up the good work!

  14. Hi Gary.
Your article was enlightening and you are right, when it comes to Real Estate, you better leave it to the agents and brokers. It is a very tough business to get into and you can’t just do the job from a computer. As for the Cash finders, they are selling to people dreams like you said, they always look for new ways to reap people of their hard earned money. That’s just not cool.

  15. Ugh, at first it seems that this could be promising..finding homes and then getting a finders fee. I do not have very thick skin, and I surely don’t want to hear no a thousand times a day. I can see where you would be outmaneuvered a lot by the real estate pros that do this for a living. I also don’t understand why you have to pay an upfront fee. It all smells like a scam, just as you say. I am glad I found your review!

    1. Hi, Matt’s Mom!

The strategy taught in the Cash Finder System is legit and I personally know several people who have made fortunes in real estate.

However, there is a lot to NOT like about the Cash Finder System. The sales video pounds the greed button of the listener without mercy. To me, this is a clear sign they are not selling a product. They are selling the dream of making money a lot of money fast. That won’t happen with Cash Finder System. The initial product is $99, but the real product, the product they will aggressively push on you, is the upsell package that costs nearly $1000!

Incidentally, I don’t have thick skin either. That’s why I prefer internet marketing.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary
