What is Simple Sites Big Profits?

In his videos, Marcus Campbell is soft-spoken and comes across as a charming and likable guy. He makes lots of promises, such as claiming his Simple Sites Big Profitssecrets and hacks make over $8,000 a day. Or, how one simple site makes $137 a day and another simple site makes $287 a day and one site made over a million.

In many of the training videos on his YouTube channel, he makes it look simple and easy to earn big bucks.

Simple Sites Big Profits, BIG MISTAKE!

Marcus Campbell claims you can make a lot of money just giving away free stuff. It was that promise that moved me to purchase Simple Sites Big Profits. I quickly discovered that purchasing Simple Sites Big Profits was a big mistake.

There was a time about ten years ago when giving away free downloads was profitable, but that strategy does not work now. Many of the examples Marcus Campbell gives in his training are very old and those free download products are no longer available.

What is Simple Sites Big Profits Really?

Behind his soft-spoken and charming demeanor, Campbell is a hard-boiled, aggressive and selfish marketer. His favorite word is ‘because.’ Studies have shown that people will accept just about anything if you give a reason why, see, Influence.

Simple Sites Big ProfitsIf you try to purchase Simple Sites Big Profits, you’ll see on the order form that Marcus Campbell can’t refund your money because of his “personal support and commitment to you.” That doesn’t even make sense.

I’ve owned Simple Sites Big Profits for 7 months and I have never received personal support from Mr. Campbell. The Live Chat has never worked. The only email Marcus Campbell answered took 4 months for him to reply. And, he only replied to tell me he was closing the ticket. He never answered my question.

If you purchase Simple Sites Big Profits, I predict all you will see is a hole in your wallet where your money used to be.

Like Being Robbed.

When I purchased Simple Sites Big Profits 2017 in October of 2017, I felt I had been robbed. What I quickly discovered was Marcus Campbell can’t refund your money because he doesn’t want to. If you purchase Simple Sites Big Profits, your money will go into Marcus Campbell’s pocket and it will never come out.

Simple Sites Big Profits is junk. If Marcus Campbell had a refund policy, everyone would ask for a refund.

The First Lesson.

The first lesson in Simple Sites Big Profits is Mr. Campbell trying to sell you website hosting. He says you have to get his website hosting ‘because’ you need a hub site and the training videos are made for that specific web host. You must pay for a year of hosting in advance which is about $120.

Mr. Campbell makes a substantial commission when you buy the web hosting he recommends.

After I purchased the web hosting, I discovered there was only one additional video relating to that web hosting company. The video was outdated and useless. Also, there was never another peep about why I needed a hub site.

Support Takes 3 Days to Answer.

As I continued with the training, I discovered that most of the training videos were missing. I contacted support.

Simple Sites Big Profit support is dismal. It takes three days to get a response from support. Mr. Campbell says it takes three days to get an answer from support ‘because’ he hires local people. That makes no sense. Apparently, the local people are extremely slow.

When I see slow support, I know they do not respect or appreciate their customers. Why should they? They got your money coming in the door and they don’t have to give it back.

Simple Sites Big Profit Support said the videos weren’t playing because of my Adobe Flash Player settings. I spent days updating and re-updating my Adobe Flash Player. Still, the videos would not play.

Missing Videos.

Mr. Campbell hosted a live video training session on YouTube where he fielded questions. This training wasn’t really training. I was just Mr. Campbell pitching Simple Sites Big Profits.

Simple Sites Big Profits Wolf in Sheeps ClothingDuring the live training, I asked him why some of the videos were not playing. He said it was my Adobe Flash Player settings. Several people watching the live training wrote that many of the videos were not playing for them either.

I monkeyed with the Adobe Flash Player settings some more and contacted support again. Finally, after weeks of back and forth, support said that not all of the videos are in the course, but they would be there in a few weeks. That was in November 2017. It’s now April 2018. Nothing has changed. Most of the videos are still missing from the course.

Before writing this article, I checked again to see how much of the Simple Sites Big Profit Course is missing. I would estimate about 60% of the course is not there. And much of what is there is outdated. Or, it’s Mr. Campbell trying to sell ‘done-for-you’ websites for nearly thousand dollars a pop.

What is Simple Sites Big Profits Really?

I doubt you’ll learn anything useful in Simple Sites Big Profits. I’m an experienced marketer and I found what little material there was in the course confusing and outdated. A newbie will probably quickly get frustrated and give up.

In my opinion, Simple Sites Big Profits is junk and nothing more than a sales funnel pitching Marcus Campbell’s “done-for-you” websites for nearly a thousand dollars apiece.

Simple Sites Big Profits preys on newbies.

Is Simple Sites Big Profits a Scam?

Marcus Campbell spends a lot of time making charming, feel-good videos on YouTube. In his videos, he pitches Simple Sites Big Profits. At the same time, he knows his product is junk and cannot possibly deliver on the promises he makes.

An ethical marketer would never promote a product that was not complete. Campbell does. He hasn’t bothered to finish the product in the past 7 months and is now promoting Simple Sites Big Profits 2018.

If Marcus Campbell was an ethical marketer, he would guarantee his product and offer a refund to anyone who was unhappy with his training. However, he can’t guarantee his product because it’s junk. If he offered a refund, everyone would want their money back.

A Gift of Gab.

According to his own stories, Marcus Campbell began his adult life as a magician. He’s still using his skills of illusion, misdirection, and deception to make money. His greatest talent is convincing you he knows a valuable secret. He doesn’t.

Like a carnival barker, Mr. Campbell shouts from YouTube to buy his amazing Simple Sites Big Profits training course and learn the secret hacks to making $8000 a day! If you buy a ticket and take the ride, you’ll discover there’s a whole lot of nothing inside.

  1. Hello Gary,

I appreciate your review. I too was close to purchasing the program. I read in one of your earlier replies that you offer mentoring. I would certainly like to learn more about that if it is something that you still offer. I have been studying Affiliate Marketing for quite a while waiting to pull the trigger until I am fully confident that I know enough to make it work and not waste money. Please let me know if this may be something that you are still willing to do. Thank you!

  2. Hi Garry,

It is so hurting to see how many people are Marcus Campbell’s victim. I am also his subscriber on youtube and believe me I pretty liked him before reading all this.

I am thinking that, why all these people “comment” on his youtube channel? why not everyone comment under comment section on his each and every video, so that, new people can be betrayed by him at least. I only found very good positive comments for him and his teachings at his channel.

    1. I have left comments on his video, but he deletes them. Marcus Campbell is as bad as they come. He uses his charm to steal people’s money.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

      1. Thank you Garry for reply.

I have commented twice because first time I commented by my mobile but after pressing “submit” button it shows nothing, I tried 3-4 times, but nothing happened. That’s why I again comment via laptop. But, it seems my comment from mobile submitted successfully.

Last but not least, Marcus campbell has lost his charm, I thought as if he was extremely talented in seo and affiliate marketing world, but found him a cheater is hurting really.

        1. Hi, Sonny,

Marcus banks on his charisma, but he has no substance. His videos are nothing more than him talking people out of their money.
I hope you are right about him losing his charm.

          Thanks for stopping by,
          Gary

  3. Hi Garry,

This was a great review about marcus campbell’s simple sites big profit scam.

Its truly hurting that how many people are affected. I am his subscriber on youtube and watch his long videos and make notes. I found him very knowledgeable and used to think that, “if i had that much amount, i will purchase his course” but thank God I couldn’t have that much to invest otherwise….

My only question is, if there are so many people are his victims then why no one comment on his youtube video’s comment sections??? Why people are only talking here? Everyone is praising him under comment section thats why he always get able to hunt new prey.

    1. As I mentioned, I have left comments on his videos and I’ve also commented in his live streams, but he deletes all negative comments.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  4. Great review Gary. I really appreciate it. If you know something about affiliate marketing, I would be greatful if you can answer my question. Here it comes. If a CPA offer has a country like say US, UK, CA etc in front of it, what does it mean? Does it mean I can’t promote the offer if I’m not from the country or what??

  5. Hi Gary.
I’ve been following Marcus for some time now, and as you mentioned he is a very likable guy. For some odd reason every time I was getting ready to purchase some of his courses, something has stopped me from doing so. Strange but true. I think the reason might be that it looks to be a little too easy, and the whole package seems to be outdated. Taking a look at his latest “training video” I thought it was a bit strange there was no sound. Why hasn’t he fixed it before uploading it youtube? I decided to take a closer look at Marcus. I have done some research on him in the past but have never come across anything like this site. So Gary once again, thanks so much for this awesome review.
    Rolly

    1. Hi, Rolly!

I’m glad your instincts kept you from giving Marcus your money. Nothing good would have come of it.

It’s amazing how friendly and helpful Marcus appears to be in his YouTube videos while beneath the facade he’s just a scammer taking people’s money.

      Thanks for stopping by,
      Gary

  6. I just paid $300 for the scam, I got inside the simplesitesbonus program, and had a cow. I could not believe the unprofessional look. I tried to call the numbers for support, and one wasn’t working and the other number was a vacum cleaning business. I finally got a hold of support, and told them what was going on, and they said all this was being fixed I thought for sure he would change the numbers, Nope still nothing has changed, and listening to these complaints, I don’t think anything will change..Don’t buy it. It is a total disaster.

  7. Hi Gary, I’m another one who not only got burn once but twice. I got in at a higher rate for his more advanced student that wants more than the $30 month simple site subscription spiel, started going through the steps outlined to get started with being accepted by offervault and others; then got suckered by his so called “revamping” the site.Since I was mid stream the initial sign up, he allowed me to prorate the remaining amount and buy into the new improved SSBP. The only thing he did was change the clickable icons that linked you to certain parts of the course.

There was the same old partial courses from the last course. Since it was “new”, Marcus said we would get to experience fresh new content as he made the videos and training available. If you missed the live streams, they would be recorded and uploaded to the course, The info on the live streams were basically sales pitches for new recruits. There was never any new info added to course. He also said we would have a meet and greet with all the subscribers at a to be determined place out west. I can’t remember exactly where. That never happened. He was supposed to give away one of his money making sites for us to scale up since he didn’t have time to build it up. That never happened. I never had problems getting in touch with him, though. Although, he would always conveniently have to end the chat to go take care of something. His response to those disgruntled with his service was they didn’t really put forth the effort to see the success & he’s committed to helping you succeed, so he would take up additional time if needed to ensure you didn’t get hung up on issues. His tactics are so smooth that you really believe it’s just that you didn’t give the course a fair chance to achieve what he knows it will do. I’m aware of the shiny object syndrome in online marketing, but this course is not all it’s harped to be by Marcus.

Things have changed enough with internet marketing that Marcus needs a complete overhaul of what he teaches, but if it’s making him money, what need has he of changing his gimmick?

    1. Hi, Tim,

I’m sorry you were scammed by Marcus. I’m sure it was a costly mistake. Thank you for pointing out that Marcus’ victims may blame themselves. The man has no conscience and preys on trusting beginners. As you mentioned, he’s one smooth operator. Unfortunately, the only thing that happens when you trust the SOB is you lose money.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sure you have helped others see what a heartless scammer Marcus is.

      Gary

    2. I was chatting with him for about ten minutes, and then all of a sudden he had to go somewhere for a few hours. Never did open chat back up, and hasn’t since I made the purchase. This is the last burn for me.

  8. Thanks Gary, much appreciated that you took your time reviewing Marcus. But I do wonder, are affiliate marketing networks real at all? For example: Offervault promotes to go to Marcus’ website to learn about how to get started. This makes me question Offervault as well. Does anyone have REAL experience with affiliate marketing and made ACTUAL money doing this? Just curious. 🙂

    1. Hi, Paul!

The link you see on Offervault that leads to Marcus site is a paid advertisement. I doubt if Offervault has a vetting process. They just sell advertising space. Offervault is a hub website that consolidates affiliate offers from several affiliate networks, and of course they sell ad space in the process. I think they might have some affiliate marketing training on their site, but if I remember correctly it is very outdated.

You asked if anyone has REAL experience as an affiliate marketer and is making ACTUAL money. Yes indeed. I’m a full time marketer and many of my friends are as well. I also mentor people who want to learn affiliate marketing at no cost. I’d be happy to mentor you for free too. You’ll need some tools and I’d be grateful if you purchased them through my affiliate links, but it is not essential. Everything you need should not cost more than about $30 to $50 per month. You can sign up for my email list here. In the initial email, you’ll receive a link to a free training course. The free course teaches the core skills you need to succeed as an affiliate marketer. Everything is transparent. There are no gimmicks or gotchas and you don’t need a credit card.

Paul, here’s the thing to remember about learning affiliate marketing. If you want to make enough money to change your life, you have to take it seriously. You have to treat it like a business. You CAN make 6 and 7 figures a year as an affiliate marketer working from home AND enjoy abundant free time, but you can’t get to that level if you don’t treat it like a business. That kind of success begins with putting on blinders, shutting out the online noise and gimmicks, and focusing on learning the skills. Learn the skills, put them into action and be patient. The money will come.

If you’re interested, we can discuss more of what to expect as your build a real online affiliate marketing business. Sign up for my emails here. Follow the prompts to start the free training. Once you sign up, you’ll get links to contacting me directly.

I look forward to helping you master affiliate marketing,
      Gary

  9. Thanks for the review, i was “almost” suckered in by Marcus, after 2 weeks of going through his youtube videos i sat here just two hours ago, bank card in hand…..

As someone else said, the 1990s looking website didn’t sit right. You’d think someone in online marketing would at least have a modern 21st century webpage? So i did some research, found yourself here and also Vasily at another site. Both exposing Marcus..

So thankfully thanks to yourself and others, my wallet has been saved from Marcus !!
    My thanks

    Lee

    1. Hi, Lee!

I’m so glad you found us in time. Marcus is a slick operator who smiles as he robs people blind. His Youtube videos are very persuasive, so I can understand how people are moved to trust him but he’s conman of the highest magnitude.

      Thanks for stopping by,
      Gary

  10. I absolutely agree with this review. If you are considering buying one of his big ticket course DON’T! We purchased this back at the end of 2016 while we were in South Korea. To this day we are still waiting for him to do what he promised and set up our custom affiliate site. Customer support sucks and no one is getting back to us. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MARCUS CAMPBELL.

    1. Hi, Mary!

I’m so sorry you purchased Marcus Campbell’s training, but thank you for sharing your experience. You have helped people avoid this sociopath’s scam. I honestly don’t see how the man can stay in business or live with himself for that matter. He clearly has no conscience.

      Thanks for stopping by,
      Gary

  11. I was just about to sign up for one of his high ticket courses. But the page that he has set up to handle payments looked very dodgy and homemade. Like a 1993 page. I got this weird feeling, so I didn’t put my card details in and aborted the order. If he had wanted to project trust he should have used one of the many respected payment handlers Stripe, Paypal, etc. I always use Paypal as an extra layer of protection. Potentially he could store/keep your card details.

    1. Hi, Martin!

Thanks for sharing your experience with Simple Sites Big Profits. Marcus has been scamming people for a very long time. He projects a likable persona. He says the right things and makes big promises, but in the end, he only takes your money.

You were wise to see through his lame order page. Much of the content inside the course is as old and outdated as the signup page.

      Thanks for stopping by,
      Gary

    2. Oh, he does INDEED keep your card on file. Once you lose heart through utter frustration, anger, self-doubt and feeling like a complete ass, he’ll wait a few months and auto-enroll you in MenorMeMarcus (yes, he has a penchant for misspelling his own products) for however much that is. Was again soooo pissed I got hold of Alyssa (who finally up and quit this charlatan all of a sudden, most likely due to having to deal w/ untold amounts of pissed cust. and blowing sunshine up their skirts ad nauseaum) and she said my recourse would be dealt w/ by getting ol’ Marc on livechat.
Was able to do that and get the charge back, but not the $997 he bilked out of me for a ‘high ticket niche’ even after providing my CC co. w/ detailed info re: leaving me on live chat for 24hrs while he “grabbed lunch”, taking well over a month to get the ‘niche’ set up when he knew it had a very small window, etc.

Still disgusted and can hardly look at this individual. Do not believe ANY of his promises. The man has no qualms about separating you and your money.
      Blecch.

  12. Please whatever you do… don’t pay for his course. He is a scammer. I fell for him. All his videos the so called training videos are outdated. They are the same videos on his Youtube channel. There is really nothing new other than him setting up websites with plugins that do not work.

The strategy of using lowcost keywords as a back door to promote products or get arbitage revenue from Adsense does not work.

The landing pages he is asking you to create will not be approved by any TIER #1 adnetwork. Google adword will not approve it even facebook that is fair will also not approve them.

Ask him for an example site that he has set up that makes money, he will not show you because there is none.

His goal is to send you to a page with hours and hours of outdated training videos of him trying to set up websites. On these videos he encourages you to sign up to programmes so he can get paid affiliate commision, The training is never complete.

He repeats himself alot and upload the same content over and over again.

Marcus, I know you will read this.

How do you sleep at night?

So you decided to set up a Youtube channel to scam newbies who knows nothing about making money online. Send them to hours and hours or rubbish content so when they are tried and confused with what you are trying to do, they give up then you keep the cash.

Do you really think making money like that is how to be successful?

Please stop! STOP!! STOP!!! All you fake guru Americans are the worse scammers now online that no one seem to be talking about.

    Shame on you.

If you have paid him, speak to your bank, show them all these proove, they will despute the payment with his bank and you will get your money back.

That is how to fight these sort of thieves who are destorying things for everyone.

    1. Hi, Peter!

Thanks for sharing your experience with Simple Sites Big Profits. I agree completely and could not say it better than you have. Marcus Campbell is a scammer of the highest magnitude. Simple Sites Big Profits is a scam and will only cause people to lose money.

      Thanks again,
      Gary

  13. wow, what an interesting expose! It’s hard to believe that there’s so many products like this still so readily available on the internet, but I guess where there are people looking for fast cash, there’s going to be some scammer ready to relief them of it. Thank you so much for putting the spotlight on yet another flaky product that doesn’t live up to its own hype. Cheers, Karen

    1. Hi, Karen!

Marcus Campbell is a smooth talker. I’m sure you know the type. His prey is the totally green newbie.

In one of Campbell’s free “training” videos on YouTube, he was showing how he finds profitable keywords in the Google Keyword Planner. In his example, he found a weight loss related word that cost about 13 cents a click. He told his audience that could make a ton of money off that word by promoting a diet product that sold for $165 and that paid a commission of about $80.

What he did not reveal to his audience was that the keyword he found cost 13 cents globally. It’s not surprising that a weight loss keyword would be cheap in places like India, Somalia, the Congo, and Ethiopia. Nobody in those countries is going to buy a weight loss product.

In countries where people are buying weight loss products, the same keyword is much more expensive and even with an $80 commission it would be challenging to break even. Campbell was lying by omission.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  14. Thank-you so much for the head up about Simple Sites Big Profits! This sounds like a real rip off. There are so many scams out there offering easy money. Funny thing, it’s usually a big investment before you make a dime and, if the program is effective, involves a whole lot more effort than advertised. Can you tell me more about the Online Entrepreneur Certification Course?

    1. Hi, Sheila!

Indeed, Simple Sites Big Profits is a big loser. What I find most disturbing is how charming Marcus Campbell can be as he steals from people. He blocks all exits, invites people in with a smile and promise, then fleeces everyone. It is my understanding that only a sociopath can pretend to be charming and agreeable while at the same time harming people.

The Online Entrepreneur Certification Course teaches the fundamentals of affiliate marketing. The first 10 lessons are free and includes personal coaching from me. In addition to teaching the basics of affiliate marketing it gives someone a chance to see if they are ready to do the necessary work without risking a dime.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  15. Hello Gary, all I can say is wow. As I read your post I recall a similar company pulling me in along with my money. Again what they were selling was the ready made website for in the thousands.I find these people extremely unethical and I wonder how they sleep at night. How long has this company being in existing? Very good review and based on your review I know I will not be seeking out Simple Sites Big Profits.

    1. Hi, Harvey!

I don’t see how people who run scams like Simple Sites Big Profits sleep at night either. My guess is that it isn’t a problem for them because of their personality. I doubt they are capable of empathy. The Con Artist Handbook by Joel Levy describes con men, aka scammers, as sociopaths. They know how to be attractive and charming, even charismatic, but they have the same corrupt integrity of a psychopath.

I agree, they are extremely unethical. Most scams I investigate don’t reveal who is behind it. I find it a bit unnerving that Marcus Campbell can be so bold. He’s banking on his charisma.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  16. Hi Gary! It’s really unfortunate that there are so many companies out there that prioritize taking advantage of people. I’ve been a stay at home dad for almost a year now and have been researching legitimate ways to earn an income from home. It seems that a majority of the companies/ventures that I came across were total BS. I think that any company that does not offer refunds, such as this one, immediately raises a red flag. From your review it sounds like Simple Site Big Profits doesn’t even try to hide the fact that they’re ripping people off. Could you possibly file for a charge-back? If you can’t get a direct refund but can prove that the system is bogus it should be a pretty easy claim. Sorry you had to go through all of that. I wish you the best of luck!

    1. Hi, Sean!

I agree. I’ve been investigating scams for a little more than two years and I’m convinced most make money online offers are scams or junk. What threw me with Simple Sites Big Profits is there are several positive reviews for it. To my knowledge Simple Sties Big Profits does not have an affiliate program so I trusted these reviews more than I should have.

It’s doubtful I could get a refund. Marcus Campbell has been running his scam for a long time and has sealed all the exits. I consider my loss the cost of getting the information I needed to expose Simple Sites Big Profits and Marcus Campbell.

You asked how long Simple Sites Big Profits has been around. Inside the course, I saw evidence that it has been around since 2015. Before that there appears to be many years of evolution with various training programs. Marcus Campbell has been at this a long time.

Most of the make money online scams get people excited about the possibility of making lots of money fast. After they’ve whipped people into a frenzy, they charge outrageous prices for their programs. The scammers know that 90% of the people who try internet marketing quit the first month or two, so the scammer grab as much of the people’s cash as fast as they can.

That’s why I recommend the Online Entrepreneur Certification Course for beginning marketers and people who haven’t yet made money online. The first 10 lessons are free and teach what it takes to make money online the right way. People can decide for themselves if internet marketing is right for them without risking a dime.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  17. Hey there Gary,

I have also heard the issues of the missing videos within the Simple Sites Big Profits from a good number of people but I didn’t think it was this serious, 60% of the course is missing?

It means these guys are not serious about creating the best platform for folks. I think I will try out the online entrepreneur certification course instead.

Thanks for the detailed information. I really appreciate.

    1. Hi, Dave!

I honestly think about 75% of the videos are missing, but I thought I should under-report in case I was ever challenged about it. I would have liked to include a video tour of the back end of Simple Sites Big Profits but that would make me vulnerable to charges of copyright infringement.

It’s pathetic Marcus Campbell won’t even bother to make the course whole. It’s one thing to have junk in a program, at least an effort was made to pretend to valuable, but Mr. Campbell doesn’t even care enough to pretend to be legitimate. I can only hope my review will help avoid his scam.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  18. Hi Gary!!!

    I feel your frustration.
Why is he still allowed to do such knowing that his offer is a big junk?

I agree that earning money online is not a secret, if many earn then it should be really famous. Haha..

I like the flow of your article and I feel it really comes from the heart.

I wish you can now move on from this bad experience and thanks for the hints regarding a scam.

    More power to you!

    1. Hi, BisayangInvestor!

I only move forward. The price of the ticket was the cost of the information I needed to expose the Simple Sites Big Profits scam. Before buying in, I found several positive online reviews for the program. Now, I’m thinking either these were plants or the reviewers wrote the review without buying the product.

Now, I hope they’ll use my review for reference and get the word out about Marcus Campbell. Hopefully, we’ll hear from other people who bought into the scam too.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  19. Thanks for this great review about simple sites big profits.

This sounds like a big scam doing nothing but promoting his product.

Also making those big of claims of around 5-8 thousand dollars a day without selling anything tells you right there that this is a very bad product.

I’ll stick with wealthy affiliate that has proven to work for years and years.

    1. Hi, Michael!

I agree that claims like making 8K a day are unbelievable. Marcus Campbell has a very active YouTube Channel where he gives live training and answers questions. He’s very charming, charismatic and convincing. It’s hard not to like the guy until you buy his product, then you know he’s a fraud and all the charm was nothing more than his strategy for getting your money.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary
