What is Charity Profits App?

what is charity profits app

On the Charity Profits App website, we meet the lovely Megan Sanders, former investment analyst for Deutsche Bank, New York. Ms. Sanders promises her software is the fastest and easiest way to earn $4,000 today and every day for the rest of your life!

While parading through a luxury home, driving a luxury automobile and meeting at the Charity Profits App headquarters, Ms. Sanders tells us why she founded her company and what it means for you.

As the story goes, she was a cold and calculating financial analyst for Deutsche Bank in New York City, making hundreds of millions of dollars for wealthy clients and tens of millions of dollars for herself. Then, one day, while enjoying a luxury safari in Africa, a very sick little boy reached for Megan’s water bottle. She later learned his name was Kabo.

Something in Kabo’s eyes captured Megan’s heart and she stayed in Africa to help him. Although she paid for Kabo’s hospital bills, he eventually succumbed to his disease. Later, his grieving mother took her life.

Heartbroken, Megan vowed to find a way to help others. With the assistance of a colleague at Deutsche Bank, Megan adapted the high-frequency trading software she had used to make millions for her clients into a trading software anyone can use to become a millionaire.

Megan Sanders is giving her software away with one condition, that you give 5% of your earnings to charity. You see, according to Megan, she’s crazy about helping people and guarantees you will earn $4,000 a day with her software.

It’s a great story, isn’t it? A real tear-jerker with a feel-good ending where you get to ride off into the sunset with a cool $4,000 a day. If only it were true. Now, let’s get real!

Charity Profits App, the New My Profit Formula.

Charity Profits App is the latest offering from the same scammers who brought you My Profit Formula. Megan Sanders will not make you a millionaire. If you fall for her story, she will make you broke and possibly drive you into debt. If you search for Megan Sanders online, the only place you will find her is in the Charity Profits App sales video.

Megan Sanders, as portrayed in the sales video, does not exist. The promise she made about earning $4,000 a day with her software is meaningless. You won’t earn $4,000 a day with her software. If you try it, you’ll be lucky not to go into debt. In a moment, I’ll explain how dangerous Charity Profit App truly is. For now, take a look at the Charity Profits App disclaimer.

In other words, Charity Profits App does not promise you anything except the extraordinary opportunity to lose all of your money. Canada, the US, and many other countries have blocked access to the Charity Profits App website. And for a good reason.

Is Charity Profits App a Scam?

Charity Profits App is trying to get you to open a binary options trading account with an unregistered broker and deposit at least $250 into that account.

Please understand, any money you give to an unregistered broker will probably be gone forever. That’s the whole purpose of the lovely Megan Sanders and her Kabo sob story.

The woman who plays Megan Sanders in the sales video has been paid to convince you to trust her and to believe she will help you make your dreams come true.

If you get involved with Charity Profits App, the only real thing that will happen is you will really lose a lot of money.

The United States Securities Exchange Commission has specifically warned about unregistered brokers like Charity Profits App. The SEC warns that unregistered brokers are suspected of stealing money from their clients, stealing their client’s identities and manipulating the software to produce losing trades.

Trading Binary Options is very risky. Professional investors describe binary options trading as speculative, in other words; it’s a game of chance, like gambling. The SEC further warns that you should never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

The Charity Profits App Scam.

Getting involved with Charity Profits App is very dangerous and can be very expensive too. The broker behind Charity Profits App is probably in a country that does not regulate investing, so any money you give them is gone forever.

If you fall for Megan Sander’s story and do as she says, the broker might make it appear as if you have made $4000 your first day. If this happens, it is because the broker has manipulated the software. The money is not real, and you cannot take it out of your account.

The reason the broker manipulates the software to make it appear that you made money is to trick you into depositing more of your money. Ultimately, they hope to get you to deposit $10,000 or more. If you do, it is gone forever, and there is nothing you can do about it.

Charity Profit App is not designed to MAKE you money. It is designed to TAKE your money.

The Last Word on Charity Profits App.

Charity Profits App is a resurrection of an earlier scam called My Profit Formula which also tricked people into opening accounts with an unregistered broker.

There simply is no free app that will earn $4,000 a day.

  1. Hi Gary,

    Hanna here again.

You did a great job how you introduce WA in your website. With Charity App story you mentioned there you emphasized more a big difference of being a WA member. It is true that there are a lot of people using or taking advantage of other people’s lives just to steal other’s people hard earned money. I salute you for this amazing clear and full of facts post.

What I really love with WA isthe community we have here that I never find in the previous website I registered…

    Good job and God bless

    1. Hi, Hannah!

Thanks for your kind words. I’m glad you liked my article on Charity Profits App. If it wasn’t so damaging to people, the story would far more entertaining, but the truth is, Charity Profits App is a miserable scam that leads to financial ruin.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  2. Able to earn $4000 a day? It sounds too good to be true. And I believe one cannot reap where one has not sown.

In my country, there is a lot of scam named Money Game. It promised you high return with minimum or zero risk. But we all know there is always risk in any type of investment. Sadly, people are always blinded by greed.

Your post is good to set a reminder to everyone, not to be greedy with unrealistic high return scam.

    Thanks for sharing!

  3. I personally enjoyed reading and learning about Megan Sanders story and how she found her passion for helping others.

I like how you tied everything together and explained that their is no magic software to make $4000 a day but it is possible to make money online.

    Thanks for sharing.

  4. Hi Gary; very inciteful, this seems like a scam that needed to be exposed. I’m generally opposed to all the scam articles out there because many are based on unsuccessful people that haven’t done the work lashing out at anyone because of their own failure.

In this case I’m very glad you exposed this because it seems so blatant. I liked the way you used this article to connect to something good and legitimate, namely Wealthy Affiliate.

Thanks for the heads up, Dave

  5. I would not trust any app that says I can make 4,000 a day as if you would be able to get rich overnight. A lot of advertisements relating to such promotional statements are usually scams that you can see through right away. Have you ever heard of shop kick? I heard that this is a trusted way to generate income through mobile apps.

    1. Hi, Max!

I agree. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Charity Profits App is nothing more than a sleazy invitation to throw your money away. I had not heard of Shop Kick before you mentioned it but visited their site to find out more. I can’t say it’s a scam, but I am suspicious of it.

There are many reward programs online, but the rewards, in this case, “kicks” are very small. This is not really a way to make money. It’s just a rewards program.  It may also be a way for Shop Kick to track your spending habits and purchasing patterns in order to sell this information to marketers. At best it is not a good use of time and at worse, it could be an invasion of privacy.

  6. Gary,

Thanks very much for blowing the whistle and answering the quetion What is Charity Profits App?
I have to tell you that when I see someone marketing a supposed profit machine and tugging on the heart strings with Charity contributions tied in, that really ticks me off.

I also think it is funny when you mention how they reserected the old My Profit Formula it now goes by a different name but they are still using the same old domain name “myprofitformula dot net”
    Wow they saved $10.69/year?

Gary thanks again I really enjoyed my read and the rest of your site, my best,

    CannaGary

    1. Hi, Gary!

Scams like Charity Profits App would be hilarious if they didn’t cause so much harm. Thanks for pointing out the difference in the domains. These guys claim to be making millions but can’t afford a new domain. Right!

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  8. I only heard of the My Profit Formula, not the Charity Profits App. It looks like they now have a more convincing story or sales pitch to attract people.
I think Binary Options is really hard to earn money and I have tried to use it. I believe more people should be informed about these scams before its too late.

    1. Hi, Michael!

The so-called charity pitch is nothing more than an effort to play on our emotions, but Charity Profits App has nothing to do with charities. Anyone who gives their money to Charity Profits App is only throwing it away. For the small trader, Binary Options is a loser. Most binary options brokers are scams. There are a handful of legitimate binary options exchanges that are regulated but the odds of making money with them is very, very small.

There is a reason why no one in the legitimate financial sector refers to binary options as investments. Binary options are NOT investments. Trading binary options is speculation, otherwise known as gambling. Trade them with a legitimate exchange, like NADEX, if you want to experience the thrill of gambling, but don’t expect to make money.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  9. Hi Gary
I have tried Binary options before and it does not make you any money. At least, this is my experience.

As you said, you better off going to the casino. I want to urge all your readers to stay away from the Charity Profits app.

It is utter hogwash. I like your idea of starting an online business on something that you are passionate about. I will spend more time on your site and check it out.

Thanks for the awesome work you do.
    Regards
    Roopesh

    1. Hi, Roopesh!

There is so much intentionally misleading information about binary options online. Thank you for sharing your experience. Schemes like Charity Profit App sell the dream of financial independence, but they never deliver. They only take people’s money.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  10. Gary, you posting is very interesting. I was not aware of this one, but do know that there are many similar programs that are only interested taking your money with little or anything in return for your investment.

I like the way that you answer all your comments. It takes a bit of time but it builds customer loyalty and trust.

I also like the way that you linked this page to your affiliate page for WA. It is my understanding that this is a very good way to not get dinged by Google as a bridge site.

If you don’t mind, I would appreciate you telling me how to do that link to another page in my site.

Again, great job and God Bless.

    1. Hi, Frank!

Thanks for your kind words. Unfortunately, there are more scams like Charity Profits App popping up every day on the internet.

I enjoy responding to comments and grateful people take the time.

Recently, I had a painful dental emergency that resulted in a systemic infection. I’m all better now, but as I was healing, my doctor gave me some exquisite pain killers. During this time, I was so loopy, I stayed away from the computer for fear of appearing like a buzzed out space cadet. Naturally, while I was in orbit, I missed a few days of responding to comments and I’m still playing catch-up.

It’s easy to link from one page to another. Assuming you’re using WordPress, in the editor of the page you wish to link FROM, highlight the appropriate word or phrase, for example “Wealthy Affiliate.” Then, in the menu bar of the editor, click on the icon that looks likes two links of a chain. This will open a window with a search box. Type the subject of the page you wish to link TO in the search box. The title of the page you are searching for will appear below the search box. Click on the title of the page you wish to link TO and then click on the “Add Link” button and you’re done!

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  11. It is so amazing how hard people will work to develop these long detailed stories to deceive. It’s also disheartening that people are that desperate and greedy. Thank goodness for so many honest people like you warning us about this junk. Is there any way to stop these people from preying on so many gullible folks. The sad thing that they will continue because people seem to want to believe these fairy tales. Thanks for all your diligence. This is truly a valuable service you provide.

    1. Hi, Jim!

I agree, it is amazing how much expense and trouble organizations like the one behind Charity Profits App will go to to scam people. My guess is that not a lot of people fall for these scams, but when they do they lose tens of thousands of dollars.

The website and sales video is just the beginning, the real scam is when someone puts $250 into the fake brokers account and the software quickly shows they’ve made $10,000 in a day. Of course, it’s not real money and they will never be able to take that money out. It’s fake. It’s just digits on their computer screen, but they don’t know that. They think they’ve found the goose that lays the golden egg. This is when the real scam unfolds.

On the advice of their personal broker who has been assigned to them by Charity Profits App, they give the so-called broker every penny they have. They empty their IRA, their bank account, they borrow from friends and relatives and they max out every credit card on the block and they give it all to Charity Profits App and roll the dice. In minutes they lose every penny and their so-called adviser cannot be reached. That is the scam!

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  12. Hello Gary
Thanks for sharing your opinion on charity profits, very informative.Like most people I have lost money to online binary options and thinking of it now, I cant help think how greedy and stupid I was.
These brokers just want your hard earned money,$250 to get started may seem like small amount to some and with the promise of thousands who will not fall for such scams.
People like miss Sander are in my opinion to blame, giving false testimonials and making readers believe that any normal person can make money with these brokers only to wake up to the reality that all was a lie.
Thanks Gary for a very informative review.

    1. Hi, Roamy!

I appreciate that you shared your experience with binary options, but sorry you were scammed. I’m sure it hurts. If it helps, in 1997 I lost $2,500 on a real estate scam. Yep, it hurts, but we learn and carry on. Scams are so prevalent online that falling for them is inevitable until we learn to spot them from a safe distance.

The scammers intentionally try to make you feel greedy. Also, the psychology of scams is well studied and documented. Our brains are programmed to respond to information is a specific way. Scammers know how to trick our brains into making poor decisions.

In my experience, the common denominator among online scams is how they trigger a greed response in people. I have heard a scammer blame the victim for being greedy.

You may be interested in a book called “Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion” by Dr. Robert Cialdini. Dr. Cialdini discusses the countless ways our brains are tricked into making poor decisions. And, although the author is a leading expert on how we are scammed, he admits he still falls for them.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  13. Hi Gary,
As usual an excellent review written by you. But I just had to laugh at the sob story of this total fraud named Megan Sanders who claimed formerly she was making clients hundreds of millions of dollars for her clients and also a ridiculous amount for herself when running into some poor boy in Africa suddenly she saw the light. The kid dies despite her financial efforts coming out of the goodness of her heart in trying to save him. This is followed by the kid’s mother, psychologically devastated beyond belief who then takes her own life. Hollywood could not possibly write a better movie script to tug at the heart strings of viewers.

What a bunch of crock is this Megan Sanders. Notice that if she was some unattractive woman, no one could possibly fall for such garbage that is represented by this App. I mean $4,000/day earned with this bogus App who would fall for such nonsense? Sadly many still would, the desperate people who yearn to achieve financial freedom and being able to reach that level by the easiest means possible.

Thank you for informing your readers that first of all Megan Sanders does not exist and that the App is a piece of garbage that no right thinking person would pay 2 pennies for as an investment.

As you stated the U.S. SEC constantly warns naive people about these types of investment scams yet daily I believe foolish people still fall for them.

Please Gary keep educating your readers to the fallacies of getting involved with fraudulent opportunities that are deviously created to only rip-off otherwise unsuspecting individuals out of money they would be better off investing in other legit opportunities.

    Jeff

    1. Hi, Jeff!

Thank so much for your words of encouragement. Yes, Megan is a piece of work indeed. I have to wonder if the person who wrote this script isn’t a frustrated screen writer. These scams would be laughable if they weren’t so dangerous.

Like you mentioned about the emotional sob story, any time a scammer can trigger an emotion in us, our rational brain shuts down. This is precisely what they hope to achieve so we will buy their pig in a poke.

Binary options scams must make a lot of money, because even as cheesy as the Charity Profits App sale video is, it cost thousands of dollars to create.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  14. this is good to know, while you are right the back story does make a person feel good, you are also right that after reading a few lines in it is a scam, if I saw charity app out there, once I read this review I would just walk away, thank you for saving me a couple hundred bucks, good job

    1. Hi, Kevin!

It’s really crummy how Charity Profits App plays on your emotions in order to steal your money. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, that is charitable about Charity Profits App. It’s just a big fat scam that ruins people’s lives.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary
