What is a Binary Option?

To understand Auto Profit Replicator, it is necessary to understand binary options. A binary option is not a true investment option.

In investing, a true option is when you purchase the right to buy something at a set price at a specific time. For example, a wheat option might be the right to purchase a railcar of wheat for $5 a bushel by April 25th, 2017.

With a binary option, you don’t own anything. You are simply betting that the value of an asset will move in a specific direction at a specific time. It’s like betting on a roll of the dice.

Binary Options is not investing.

With true investing, an investor can study the markets, the economy and the underlying value of the asset before making an informed decision.

In binary options trading, underlying value is irrelevant. Money is made and lost by the minute to minute fluctuations in asset values. Binary options trading is not trading. It’s really not even trading. It’s gambling. And usually, the house wins.

Binary Options Trading is Unregulated Gambling.

In a casino, the house wins most of the time. With binary options, the broker wins most of the time.

You cannot trade binary options until after you have opened a trading account with a broker and placed a large deposit of cash into your account, usually $2,500 or more. At this point, the broker is like a bookie.

The broker has nothing to lose. There is no product cost. If you win, the broker pays you from the money deposited from other traders.

But, most of the time you will lose, and the broker will take your cash.

Binary options are lucrative for the broker.

A binary options broker makes a ton of money from the traders. Because it is so lucrative, the brokers pay high commissions to affiliates who entice traders to open a brokerage account. Once a new trader opens an account, the affiliate earns a commission that can range from $200 to $500 and higher.

Many brokers even develop software for affiliates to give away to entice traders to sign up. The affiliates can name their software whatever they like. The broker is the source of the Auto Profit Replicator software.

The Auto Profit Replicator Software.

All binary options trading software are about the same and produced by the brokers for the benefit of the broker. The goal is to transfer your money from your trading account to the broker’s account as quickly as possible.

The software allows you to make automatic trades. You can set it to make one trade a day or a thousand or more. In the case of Auto Profit Replicator, the minimum trade is $25.

Set the software to make a hundred $25 trades a day and it can quickly empty your trading account. Set to make a hundred $100 trades and your account could be dry before breakfast.

The Last Word on Auto Profit Replicator.

According to the United State Securities Exchange Commission, most online binary options brokers are unregistered. Auto Profit Replicator is an unregistered broker. The SEC warns that unregistered brokers are known to steal people’s money and their identity, and lock people out of their account.

The purpose of Auto Profit Replicator is to entice you into opening a binary options trading account. The software is free. The owner of the Auto Profit Replicator website earns a commission each time a new trader opens an account with the broker.

Binary options trading is not investing. Most people lose money with binary options trading. It is not a legitimate way to make money online.

  1. Most binary trading is for the most part banned by the FTC in the U.S., I’ve tried to find some that were regulated and there’s a couple. But, in the long run just because they’re regulated doesn’t make it any safer financially. Lesson learned, I found one that was regulated and my minimum deposit dried up in literal hours. Watched it do it’s thing and I won’t see any of that money again, and they won’t see anymore of mine. I’m trying my hand in affiliate marketing now, hoping that it can be a more fruitful endeavor. How many times have you learned hard lessons before you picked up what you’re doing now? I still find myself spinning my wheels in my attempts even now, but every inch forward is progress.

    1. Hi, Kody B!

Thanks for sharing your experience with trading binary options. For those of us hungry to be our own person and to make money without a boss, the internet can be a very dangerous place. I lost $2,500 in a scam, countless thousands to MLMs and several hundred to incompetence amateur “gurus.” It was a painful and frustrating learning process. Mostly, I learned you can’t build a business on lies and manipulation. That’s all I got from those clowns, lies and manipulation.

The turn around for me happened when I joined Wealthy Affiliate. They teach the industry’s best practices and the support is second to none and it’s free to join. Building an online business takes commitment, patience, and sustained effort, but it’s a lot easier when you know you’re building a business on proven fundamentals. Plus, the payoff is phenomenal.

  2. This is good. I wished I had read something like this earlier in my online life. I wince at some of the scams that you talk about, ‘been there, done that!’.

I remember the disappointment when I was successfully scammed. For the last time I might add (I hope!). You are of course right, there are no short cuts, just like any offline business, just try to help people and the business will come your way.

This site is a great addition to the web. What inspired you to create this site?

    1. Hi, Mike!

I appreciate your comment and kind words. You asked what inspired me to create ScamAvenger.com

It was a series of events, really, but essentially I knew it was possible to make a very good living with an internet business. All the fundamentals were there, but it the technology can be very intimidating. Also, after getting taken by too many scams and incompetent marketers, I was determined to find what really worked. Once I did, I knew I had to tell others and also warn them about the scams.

  3. A very good review you’ve done here. It’s true binary trading is illegal and people don’t understand this. It’s really like gambling in a huge way. These brokers are making really good money based on just selling you a dream not a realistic way to make money online. I do think auto profit replicator is a complete scam.

  4. Anything to do with binary options is a scam. As soon as I read the title of this product I knew it was to do with binary options. It seems like the heyday of binary options scammers is nearly over, with the big players like Banc de Binary and NRGBinary shutting down over the past few years, but sadly the scam does still go on, and if you Google certain brokers you’ll see that people have lost thousands, sometimes hundreds of thousands to these crooks.

They’re usually based in Israel and they’ll call you up, telling you that they are a graduate of Oxford and worked for Goldman Sachs and the London Stock Exchange for ten years and now they just want to help people get ahead in life by investing.

Binary options is not investing. Think about it. If this guy was telling the truth, and he had a great education and an illustrious career, why would he then take a job that basically amounts to telemarketing? I had the option to go to Cambridge (I didn’t, in the end) and there’s no way I’d have done it if I thought that in the end I’d be calling people up trying to convince them to deposit money into a bogus trading account.

Stay away from binary options, everyone. It’s a total scam. They’ll lure you in because it sounds so juicy – “you can make thousand percent returns!” “you’ll be a millionaire in ninety days!” Does that sound realistic? No. It’s a scam, and it makes me angry.

    1. Hi, Jack!

Thanks so much for your detailed comment on Binary Options. I agree. Binary Options is not investing. Thousands of people have been financially ruined by these scams.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  5. Woah, nice site! I love the summary up top and the effort taken to explain what binary options are, what it really means, and how I can be affected. Based on the information from this review, I am definately not signing up for auto profit replicator – sounds like a real scam!

  6. Once again revealing another scam trying to take advantage of honest people just looking for a different way of life.

Have never heard of Binary option before but I would think it would be pretty similar to the lottery, play a certain combination of numbers and hoping it just might by some miracle of a higher power or of chance you profit from it. Been playing for quite some time and still no big win!

Binary Option seems like a waste of time and a big risk!

  7. In my early days of Internet Marketing I got caught out on a couple of these programs – I wish your analysis had been around then! Might have saved me quite a few £’s. I really agree that this is about gambling and not investing – you are taking a punt and it is quite literally like betting on the roll of a dice. As we know it is addictive though, so people get caught in the excitement of the process rather than the money they are losing. Sad but true. Keep up the good work – hopefully, you will save a few people a lot of heartache.

    1. Hi, Steve!

Thanks for sharing your experience with programs like Auto Profit Replicator. These so-called make money offers are really nothing but traps.

Trading binary options is risky business at best, even if you trade with a registered broker. Auto Profit Replicator is not a registered broker and is really set up to just take people’s money.

All the false promises on the front end are designed to get you so excited you open an account with the Auto Profit broker and deposit a lot of money. You might even max out your credit card to fund your trading account. The software is designed to quickly and efficiently move your money from your trading account to the broker’s account. Once that happens the money is then gone forever.

  8. Wow. This is a great breakdown here. There are so many seemingly legitimate schemes out there today that are actually scams will cause you to go broke (or badly into debt) with no chance of ever making money or breaking even. This definitely seems like a company to avoid working with. Thanks for warning the people!

    1. Hi, Martina!

You are so right. The worse thing someone can do when starting a new business is to go needlessly into debt or to spend money without helping the business. Making substantial money online is really rather simple. There is no reason to spend a lot of money to learn how to do it right. And, there is no reason to go into debt.

Often these scam sites sell the dream of financial independence only to clean out your bank account and max out your credit cards. The saddest part is these scams don’t know the first thing about succeeding on the internet, so the money is lost forever.

If you are searching for a legitimate place to learn how to build a thriving online business, I suggest you read this article.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  9. Hello Gary,
Great Website and Very Informative. I had no clue Binary Options were laid out like that . I have read so many articles online about Binary Options and they certainly did not include the real way that it works. Thank you so much for informing all of us about this! Your site is great! I have bookmarked your site for any and all the new information about the scams out there that I know you will keep us abreast of. Thanks again!

    1. Hi, Debra!

Not all binary options brokers operate like Auto Profit Replicator, but most online binary options sites do. On the backend, it really is a lot like gambling. Auto Profit Replicator, and the like, are unregistered brokers. This means that don’t answer to anybody and when you place a trade you are actually betting against the broker. Combined with using the broker’s software there is no way to win.

NADEX is the only licensed broker in the US that I know of and they are much different. I do not recommend binary options to anyone. Binary options is pure speculation, but if I was going to play the binary options game, I would trade with NADEX.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  10. Hey Gary,

Interesting review you are pointing out. I never heard of Auto Profit Replicator until today when I saw the name on a forum and started to investigate a little more. Then I found this review and thank god I didn’t purchase it.

Hope you keep on creating great reviews such as this one, so that people gets warned about these kind of programs.

    1. Hi, Kevin!

Thanks for stopping by. I’m glad you learned the truth about Auto Profit Replicator before you lost money. The binary options industry is not regulated on the internet. They make outrageous claims but the numbers speak for themselves. Most people lose money with binary options.

      All the best,

      Gary

  11. Great Review. Man not only do they have caims the testamonials are not real but then to add that on to a company that sells BinaryOptions that just starts off with red flags. Then just knowing that Binary Options are gambling on flucuations has so much room for trickery and scams. Not really being able to study the stock and companies and leaders behind the business would be very rsiky at best. investing wisely would be impossible with Binary options. You start to think is there really any legit Binary Options companies actually out there? When you add in how Binary options are just a gamble and testmonials are fake and this is all unregulated you really have to think to yourself that they will take your money even if you do get lucky. I feel like gambling in Vegas would be a much better idea lol. Great straight to the point explanation on Binary options scams like Auto Profit Replicator

    1. Hi, Brandon!

Yes, it’s amazing. The binary options industry has created the perfect legal excuse for taking people’s money. The industry is not regulated so the affiliates can say anything they want and make big promises. Technically, it may not be a scam or fraud because somewhere, buried in their TOS or Earning Disclaimer they tell the truth, ie, you will not make money and will probably lose money.

On the front end, however, it’s all rainbows and fairy dust and promises of making millions by next Tuesday. Then the victim gets the free software that promises fast, easy money, opens a binary options account and deposits the minimum, usually about $250. When they crank up the magic software, presto, change-o, their money magically disappears from their account and re-appears in the broker’s account.

Binary options and gimmick websites promoting it, like Auto Profit Replicator are nothing more than legalized stealing. If you want to keep your money in your account, avoid binary options.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary
