What Social Home Services HVAC Edition Promises.

Social Home Services HVAC Edition over promises and under delivers.

Social Home Services HVAC Edition ReviewWe are told that Social Home Services HVAC Edition will teach us how to get clients in the HVAC niche and earn $99 to $199 each month per client in exchange for posting to their Facebook page.

And we are told that Social Home Services HVAC Edition will teach us how to use automatic posting software to do this for us so we can set and forget it.

On the Social Home Services HVAC Edition sales page, we are promised that Jeanne Kolenda will share the secret to the “easiest money” she’s ever made and how you can use her set and forget strategy to make recurring income “automatically.”

Jeanne promises to reveal her “whole strategy with all the detailed training.”

Specially, we are promised:

  • 60 Beautiful images with HVAC-relevant content
  • How to Watermark with a Client’s Logo – FAST and EASY! (optional)
  • How to Set Up the Automation
  • How to Collect Payments
  • How to FIND the Perfect Clients
  • How to Prospect Like PRO!
  • Video Training on Selling on the Phone
  • Video Training on Using “Lumpy Mail”
  • And access to a her Facebook group with direct access to Mrs. Kolenda

The only thing you get that is promised are the images and some very short disjointed and disorganized video training that will leave you scratching your head.

You will not be able to launch a business or make money with Social Home Services HVAC Edition.

What Social Home Services HVAC Edition Delivers.

Not much!

Although we are promised we will be shown how to post automatically to Facebook for our clients; there is no training about how to do this. In fact, Facebook is not mentioned in the training videos

You get the images as promised, plus some bonus images, but you are not told what to do with them.

In the Social Home Services HVAC Edition, there are 7 short videos. These are;

  • Course Overview (5 min)
  • Uploading Images to AS3 (4 min)
  • Preparing Your Spreadsheet (4 min)
  • Getting Post Planner Account (2 min)
  • Mobile-Friendly Test (4 min)
  • Snail Mail (8 min). (Total: 30 min)

That’s it. That’s all the training you get.

A Lot is Missing!

There is no training on how to watermark with a client’s logo, no training on automation, no training on how to collect payments, no training on how to find clients, no training on prospecting, no training on selling on the phone.

In other words, Jeanne Kolenda fails to deliver what she promised in the sales letter. In fact, she doesn’t even try.

A Closer Look Social Home Services HVAC Edition.

I want to tell you more about each of the training videos. They were disappointing at best.

Course Overview Video

In the Course Overview video, Mrs. Kolenda tells about how she purchased a product last year about automatically posting to Chiropractor Facebook pages that worked very well for her. She then adapted this strategy to the home service niche. This is the only time Facebook is mentioned in the training.

Near the end of the video, she promises to provide complete training on Post Planner, the automatic posting software. Unfortunately, like most everything else in Social Home Services HVAC Edition, she fails to deliver on that too.

Uploading Images to AS3 Video

This is the first training video, and it feels like it is starting in the middle. We are not shown what to do with the image files we are given in the course. We are thrown straight into Amazon AS3 with no explanation.

Preparing Your Spreadsheet Video

Apparently, before you can load the images into Posting Planner, they must be in an Excel spreadsheet. This video covers that. It does not cover actually loading the images into Posting Planner. There is not training on the Posting Planner.

Getting Post Planner Account Video

This is a very short video about which of the Post Planner accounts to sign up for. It does not cover anything about Post Planner other than that, and we do not see inside Post Planner. Mrs. Kolenda merely takes us to the Post Planner website and points out which plan to get.

Mobile Friendly Test Video

This is a short video on how to determine if a website is mobile friendly. I’m not sure why this video is in the training. It’s about a roofing website, and there is no explanation about why we should care if a website is mobile friendly or not.

Social Home Services HVAC Edition was sold to us as a way to make money posting for clients on Facebook. Websites have nothing to do with that.

Snail Mail Video

The Snail Mail video is the longest video in the training but still only 8 minutes long. It’s a ridiculous video with minimum value.

In this video, Mrs. Kolenda spends the first few minutes talking about brown manila envelopes and how she orders hers from Amazon because she has Amazon Prime, blah, blah, blah.

She blathers on about how she prefers one kind of envelope over another and how she stamps it with a “confidential” stamp, but she can’t find hers right now, or she’d show it to us.

And she blathers on about her husband and grandkids and how she uses real postage stamps and a list of the different kind of stamps available at the post office. And, how she likes to make the letter lumpy with a gimmick like a single die or tiny compass.

But, never does she ever mention what she writes on the letter. She promises to tell us later, but like everything else in this pathetic course, she fails to deliver.

And that it! That’s the end of the training. There is nothing else.

Jeanne Kolenda, Grandma Scammer

It’s a sad day when a grandmother runs an online scam, but that is precisely what Social Home Services HVAC Edition is. The sales letter is pure deception.

Scam definition shows why Wealthy Affiliate is not a scam.

I really had my hopes up when I purchased Jeanne Kolenda’s Social Home Services HVAC Edition. I wanted to trust her, and I was prepared to buy her other training for Plumbers and Roofers. However, after seeing how dismal her products are, I know that buying her so-called training is only throwing money away.

The Last Word on Social Home Services HVAC Edition

When I realized how poor Social Home Services HVAC Edition was, I contacted the affiliate that I purchase through. He had realized the same thing and taken his affiliate link out of his review.

He told me that Jeanne Kolenda’s was not responding to his emails.

I think the strategy Mrs. Kolenda promises has merit. However, she does not deliver. Social Home Services HVAC Edition is a waste of  money.
