What Is Secrets of The Big Dogs?

The Secrets of the Big Dogs sales page looks like it was designed by a 13-year-old on a Commadore64 in the last century. Annoying blinking lights and flashing banners are impossible to ignore. Red dripping fonts and strange colors suggest a bad acid trip. The Secrets of the Big Dogs sales page screams amateur.

Secrets of the Big Dogs, written by Stan Stuchinski, is said to be the most dangerous book on the internet. It promises to show you how “Big Dog Marketers” get massive amounts of traffic to create multiple streams of income while working only about 30 minutes a day.

Innovative? NOT!

What Is Secrets of The Big Dogs? A Secrets of The Big Dogs Review.First introduced in 2001, Secrets of the Big Dogs claims to have been revised 25 times to keep up with changes in the online marketing industry. In fact, it claims to be the most innovative and exciting concept to be introduced to internet marketing this century.

Specifically, Secrets of the Big Dogs promises to reveal how to drive up to 5 million visitors to your product offer, website or anywhere else you want to send them. You’ll also learn how to create up to 16 streams of income and get paid multiple times a month but work only half an hour a day on your business.

All that for $7?

Inside Secrets of the Big Dogs.

Secrets of the Big Dogs is a website of more than 200 pages. There are a lot of images and the type is very large. I estimate there are only about 100 pages of text on the site. I read the entire thing in one evening.

The same amateur 13-year-old who designed the Secrets of the Big Dogs sales page apparently designed the website. It too has outdated and annoying flashing lights, blinking banners and huge multi-colored fonts.

There is some interesting information in Secrets of the Big Dogs, such as the history of the internet, what the internet is and what it isn’t, why it takes money to make money, and a very real discussion about how online success takes hard work and commitment.

I especially appreciate Stan Stuchinski’s revelation that it usually takes three to six months of focused effort and hard work before a newbie earns their first dollar online.

My favorite secret revealed in the Secrets of the Big Dogs is there is no secret! Imagine that.

Beware of CHIP.

The heart of Secrets of the Big Dogs is CHIPS, otherwise known in the as Co-ordinated High-Income Portfolio. While this might sound impressive, it’s just a name Stan made up.

What Is Secrets of The Big Dogs? A Secrets of The Big Dogs Review.
Secrets of the Big Dogs Chp. 5 CHIP

The CHIPs are email lists. You pay for the right to email your product offer to the list. There are 16 lists and the cost ranges from $9 to $96 a month. However, you are encouraged to join all 16 which will cost $475.81 a month.

When you buy access to a mailing list, you also buy the right to sell that list and earn a commission. There is no way to determine the quality of these email lists. If the quality of the website is an indicator, the email lists are laughably amateurish. Marketing to email lists you did not create is a bad idea.

On the Secrets of the Big Dogs sales page where it promises you’ll never again have a traffic problem and that you’ll be able to drive up to 5 million people to your offer, it is referring to these 16 email lists you buy access to.

Likewise, on the Secrets of the Big Dogs sales page where it promises multiple streams of income, it is referring to selling these same lists.

Several times in Secrets of the Big Dogs, Stan Stuchinski reminds us that we can use the email lists to market anything we want. However, the full system promoted in Secrets of the Big Dogs is to buy access to all the lists for $475.81 a month and PROMOTE all of these lists to earn commissions.

Pay to Play.

It is possible to buy access to just one or a few of the email lists, but you can only earn commissions on the lists you pay for.

The Secrets of the Big Dogs organization now looks like an MLM at best and a pyramid scheme at worse. This brings us to what Secrets of the Big Dogs really is.

What Is Secrets of The Big Dogs, Really?

Secrets of the Big Dogs is really nothing more than a clever sales letter designed to persuade you to pay $475+ each month. If you buy Secrets of the Big Dogs, you are paying $7 to have Stan Stuchinski try to sell you mailing lists for nearly five hundred dollars a month. Secrets of the Big Dogs is a sales letter and nothing more.

To make money with the Secrets of the Big Dogs system requires you to persuade other people to buy it and upgrade to all the mailing lists. That’s a tough sell at best. The amateur design of the sales page and website makes it very difficult to promote.

Also, if every member of Big Dogs is mailing the same offer to the same list, don’t expect to make many sales.

I suspect the only purpose of buying access to the lists is to create the appearance of legitimacy. In Big Dogs, people at the bottom of the organization are passing money to people at the top of the organization, like a pyramid scheme.

Can you make money with Secrets of the Big Dogs? I doubt it. If you upgrade to the mailing lists, I suspect you will only be throwing your money away.

  1. thank you sincerely for being so honest. I bought this years ago when ffa pages were the programs. I wondered what he did to update his programs so that he could sell the book again. Those ffa pages went belly up. I try to warn people about this and they just give me grief. WHO is going to pay all that cash all at once and possibly never make another penny? Stan is getting rich on people who don’t know better. You have saved the day. I hope people search and find your page about this and save themselves from spending money they do not have.

  2. Thank you so much for reviewing this Big Dogs and its website.
I have a real problem with these kinds of sites becuse I am so trusting. I don’t expect people to try and con me, especially when they appear to be so honest.
This is one site I will be giving a wide berth to. Hopefully you will be giving the lowdown on similar sites which will definitely help keep me safe from unscrupulous marketeer promises.
Mind you, the website itself may have put me off, it’s absolutely awful! Great review thanks.

    1. Hi, Ches!

I agree Secrets of the Big Dogs is an ugly site and looks very amateurish. However, they are apparently making sales and stirring up interest.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  3. I have always wanted to earn money online and I am really glad that I did not take the Secrets of The Big Dogs because as you said it seems like pouring our money away. The Upsells is too expensive anyway.

I also liked how you wrote so comprehensively yet really easy to understand so digesting the content is really easy! Thanks for clarifying my doubts on Secrets of The Big Dogs!.

  4. When seeking to build an online business it is not easy and it requires a lot of work such as reading and research and all of that good stuff. The big dogs in this business have not only spent yes in this business but have put together systems that work. Your post will help so many people to have a better understanding of this type of business.

  5. Hey there Gary,

Upsells of more than $450? This had me going for a minute. This means that these guys set the price at $7 to lure people in and then attack them with the upsells.

I have always hated deception of this kind, as it once got me scammed more than $500 when I was green on the web. So this is not something I’m going to think twice about. I am so not joining it!

    1. Hi, Dave!

I think you nailed Secrets of the Big Dogs. You’re right. The $7 lures you in, then spends a 100+ pages trying to sell you on the upsell traffic packages. The sales pitch is old and tired too. I’m surprised they are still peddling this thing.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Gary

  6. Hi, i definately found this article helpful, useful and pretty funny. Although for a second at the start i did actually think it was about large pet dogs haha.

Money making ideas are something i enjoy looking in to, the scams and the legit courses, so very much enjoyed your article.

I agree with your opinion secret of the big dogs does and being close to sounding like a pyramid scheme.

    1. Hi, Stewart!

Secrets of the Big Dogs has not been updated or maintained over the years. It’s just a sad throwback to earlier internet marketing strategies that pretended to offer value but only really just take your money. There are still too many of these around, but Secrets of the Big Dogs just looks old. And, as you mentioned, it just another garden variety pyramid scheme.

      Thanks for stopping by,
      Gary

  7. Thank you for this great review on Secrets of the Big Dogs, I had not heard of them before. Thank you for reading the whole website – all 100 pages actually would have taken some time to read all the content. Thank you for saving me the effort of doing that. After reading everything I can see your comment that Secrets of the Big Dogs is really just a sales page with upsells to a Database of questionable value. I can see how people would be tempted to think that if they paid $500 per month then they would make a lot of money. Unfortunately it is just not true. I agree with you that making money online is a process that takes time. Thanks for sharing.
